I know exactly what you mean some Canadians use the US foarmt, others use the international foarmt, and others flip-flop between the two! We have US and Japanese collaborators, to further confuse things, so I always make sure that I either type the month or use the YYYY-MM-DD foarmt that (I think) everyone recognises. I prefer the latter because I start a lot of file names (e.g. meeting minutes) with the date, and YYYY-MM-DD will always put the files in the right order whereas the written-out months will be sorted alphabetically, not chronologically.IMO the US way is illogical and wrong, because MM-DD-YYYY goes medium length unit-shortest unit-longest unit. It makes way more sense to go DD-MM-YYYY (shortest-medium-longest), or YYYY-MM-DD (longest-medium-shortest).

I had a similar enicrpexee! I gobbled up the Babysitters Club and Sweet Valley books that were passed on to me by my older cousins. It wasn’t until fifth or sixth grade that I discovered Newbery books when an aunt gave them to me as gifts. After that, I collected all the Newbery books that I could. I also devoured the Harry Potter books when they came out in high school and I decided to explore fantasy with the Narnia and LOTR books after that. It wasn’t until I started working that I discovered the YA and fantasy books that are my favorites now. Mostly because I discovered book bloggers and Goodreads. Like you, I never thought I’d like urban fantasy! I’m so glad I’m discovering more good books in that genre.

Great way to make some gold regardless of your gear as long as you spend nthoing you can make lots, 6.8k in 3 hours the other day in a 10 man h.toc run that our guild hosted as a gdkp event.I would like to see a web app that supported gdkp so we could track our buyers and give discounted rates to high spenders as a perk, if any of yall are making a gdkp interface for websites let me know and I’ll gladly donate to use the productKudosSevEn Guild
